I love animals, but the apt has a "no pets" rule. NEVER had a rat/rodent/roach/bedbug problem (I wouldn't have stayed here long if they were issues!)

* Has a window, looking out into front courtyard and room comes with AC unit

* ABOUT ME:
* I'm a 35yo female California transplant, moved to NYC for grad school and stayed for work. I'm a pediatric pharmacist at a NYC hospital. Clean, communicative, open minded, and respectful. Not too many pet peeves (don't like wet bathroom floors or leaving a mess for others to clean up; I like no shoes in the house because NYC streets are filthy. I kept the laid back Cali vibes, but I still like a tidy home. No drugs use, non-smoker, but I do occasionally drink socially. I'm a super easy going person. Both a morning and a night person, but not too particular about other people's sleep habits (I sleep like the dead). My schedule varies (I work a combination of shifts on days, evenings and weekends) Hobbies: traveling, reading, eating, gym/yoga/cycling, trying new things.
* LOOKING FOR:
* Ideally, I'm looking for someone to stay at least a year; a non smoker, I'm a dog lover, but no pets per unit owner. I've had many roommates over the years and have become close friends with all of them. The key is respect and lifestyle compatibility (with regards to cleanliness, communication, boundaries, etc). Would be great to have someone with a complementary/compatible personality who I could be friends with as well as a roommate. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me so we can meet up
* Rent: $1750/month + electricity and internet (gas/heat free)
