Queen-sized Bedroom in well-maintained Elevator Building! Available Nov 1 until the lease expires end of January.
Looking to rent out my bedroom in a 3 Bedroom on the Upper West Side. The room has been recently painted and can fit a Queen-sized bed, desk, plus additional furniture and has two windows and a full IKEA armoire. The apartment includes a full-size windowed kitchen (no dishwasher) and a clean bathroom. The apartment is on the first floor of a well-maintained elevator building (but not ground level) which has recently had the lobby area extensively renovated and even includes an Amazon Hub locker for secure package delivery. There are hardwood floors throughout and we hire a cleaning lady to come in 1-2x per month to do a full cleaning of the common spaces. Location is about 2 minutes away to the 1/2/3 Trains and is close to Riverside Park, Central Park, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods, and surrounded by lots of coffee shops and great restaurants. Convenient to Columbia University. Please, no pets or smoking.
Male roommates preferred. One roommate is gay.
Please reach out if interested as it will not last long!
