I?m leaving nyc for a new job so I?m looking to sublet my bedroom in a 4 bed/2 bath apartment ASAP( dec 1 or sooner)! You will be subletting for the remainder of the lease (through April 30, 2020) with the option to be added to the lease starting May 1, 2020. Rent is $1535 per month due the 1st of each month. Utilities are split 4 ways and are usually between $50-$100 at most per person in the winter. Over the summer, it can get a little higher. You will need 1 month?s rent for a security deposit. The mgmt company will also need to run a credit and background check that could cost a few extra dollars.

This location can?t be beat! At 74th & Columbus, we?re one avenue away from Central Park, 10 minute walk to lincoln center, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and close to public transport! 72nd st subway (123 lines) is a 5 minute walk, B & C lines are an 8 minute walk, and the M7 & M11 bus pick up right outside the apt. Plus Levain Bakery is just down the block :)

We?re on the top floor of a 4th floor walk up with access to the roof (which is amazing when it?s not freezing outside)! The apartment is a duplex with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs for one person and 3 bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom on the main floor. Your room will be on the main floor sharing a bathroom with 1 female and 1 male (he only lives here only Monday - Thursday for work so you?re really only sharing the apt with 2 other girls half the time). Everyone is a young professional and they?re super nice and chill! We all get along great and I?m sad to leave :(

Sorry the pictures look a little dark, my lightbulbs just went out in my ceiling fixture and I keep forgetting to pick more up. The are 3 windows with shades, you get great light when they?re up! One of the windows has an awesome in window air conditioner which I bought 2 years ago and it?s a game changer in the summer! My room currently fits a queen bed, a storage bench, a nightstand, 2 dressers, a storage cabinet, 2 closets, 1 small desk & chair and 1 large tv. The room is about 16 ft long and ~11.5 ft wide plus some extra sq footage in the closets. I?m selling all of my furniture too so it can come fully or partially furnished and you can move right in!

Move in date is flexible but ideally I?d want someone to move in no later than Dec 1. If the sublet starts on a date other than the 1st of the month, you would pay the prorated portion for that month. Also want to note that the mgmt company doesn?t allow pets.

Females only please! I?m looking for someone reliable, responsible, respectful and gets along well with my roommates!
