I've accepted a work gig in Boston and will be relocating for this assignment. Looking for a single-occupant to sublet my space on the first level of a 15-unit, non-doorman building. Super on site. Space can be furnished or unfurnished. Applicant needs to submit application to the landlord. Current lease ends 6/2020 and my intent is to return to NY upon the completion of my work.
Gas, heat, and hot water included in rent. Laundry two buildings away. Internet and electricity will be the responsibility of the sublet holder. A/C unit will remain.
