- full kitchen: gas stove, pots n pans, coffee and/or espresso maker, new toaster, fridge, new microwave
- NEW foam/spring Queen platform bed
- full size bathroom with tub

This is my home, and as such, I prefer to sublet to ONE responsible, mature, person only.

RULES:
- ONE person only, no couples
- NO pets
- NO smokers, no e-cigs, no vape, NO MARIJUANA (this is a non-smoking property)

****Deposits and sublet must be paid up front. Deposits will be returned at check out, if all is in good condition.

- studio gets a lot of light, so there is a "black out" curtain to keep street light out at night
- fan and 2 a/c 's to drown out any street noise
- on-street parking, or paid parking (at corner)
