Part-Time Uws Apt Share, Avail. 1St July

Seeking a professional roommate to share - STRICTLY PART-TIME - a beautiful large 1 BR UWS Side apartment. You would ALWAYS have the entire apartment to yourself when you are there for your PART-TIME share. I travel heavily and come home to NYC only about 10-15 days per month.

Elevator building (no doorman), very quiet building and unit. Tastefully-furnished, super-clean apartment with on-site laundry, marble bath, dishwasher, high-end bed and good light. Cleaning service comes every 2 weeks and this is included in rent, as are utilities.

The roommate share would work in this manner: We each have the apartment available exclusively for our personal use for 15 consecutive days of each calendar month. Alternatively, we could identify the 15 consecutive days to bridge the last week of calendar month 1 and the following week / first week of calendar month 2. We can agree upfront in writing which 15 consecutive days will correspond to each roommate's share. However, informally, we can be flexible about the chosen 15 days if both parties are agreeable to make a change in a given month.

I would like someone who can commit for at least 3 months and can provide personal government identification, evidence of good credit, sufficient income, and clean background check (you will produce your own credit and background reports per my specifications, and I will review these).
