My roommate and I (young professionals in our mid-late 20s) are looking for a third female roommate to move in on Aug 1st to our spacious 3-bedroom apartment. The rent is $1352/month (not including utilities/internet) and might go up after Aug 1 but shouldn't be more than $9. There is flexibility to move in earlier starting July 21 - additional rent would be charged on pro-rated basis.

- Room fits a queen sized bed, dresser(s), bookshelf, desk, etc. (room will be unfurnished)
- Two spacious closets right outside the bedroom
- Elevator building
- Laundromat a block away
- 3 min walk to 103rd and Broadway 1 stop
- Walking distance to Columbia
- No smoking/drugs allowed

Note: You should make around 40x the monthly rent or have a domestic guarantor who makes around 80x.
