I am seeking a NON smoker, male or female, who would like to have a weekend getaway apt. in Manhattan, doorman building on the Upper West Side from Friday afternoon leaving Sunday night. Or need to be in the city for work 2 week nights so 3 days in the city. TOTAL 8 nights a month.
There is a micro wave and hot plate and Fridge so very basic cooking.
Broadway @ W.86th St. just out to the #1 train and across the street to the W.86th Cross town bus super location! Quiet , sunny and safe.
$ 575 includes internet and utilities. Except once a year we have an A. C. fee which is about $350 ish which we split. One person. Private to you on Weekends or 2 consecutive nights we can do with notice.
No lease , minimum 5 months. I can email you the rental agreement. First and last month rent and one month rent for security deposit . At least one month notice when moving . Seeking LONG term, no sharing with another person, or overnight guests please.
