This is a newly renovated walk-up apartment on safe and quiet street in the Upper East Side. It comes with a nice bedroom (optionally fully furnished, or it could come empty) and a private bathroom. The apartment is a 3-bed and 2-bath, and there are two current roommates and we are looking for somebody to take over the third room.

The apartment very close to several grocery stores (including Whole Foods, Target, and Gristedes), and there are a ton of nice stores and restaurants nearby. There is a washer and dryer in unit, as well as a stove, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. There is a lot of closet space and a large living room with a couch, piano, and television. The apartment is very nice, and the only reason we're looking for a lease takeover for one room is because one of our roommates is relocating for work.

We're looking a male roommate in their mid-20s!
