Seeking a replacement roommate for a furnished room in a spacious UES apartment for a 1 year lease from May 2025 to June 2026. Single occupants only.

Two blocks away from the F/Q-train and 10 min walk to other train stations in the vicinity. Location is prime — just a few minutes walk to the rest of UES, hospitals, universities in the area and amenities (Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods) as well as Central Park.

Room is fully furnished, with full-size bed and bed frame, an IKEA table, a heater, a fan and a portable air purifier, wardrobe, carpets and a gorgeous skylight that illuminates the room in summer. Large kitchen with lots of kitchenware and appliances including a dishwasher, rice cooker etc (no need to buy your own stuff).

Current roommates are fantastic and have been here for the past year!
