Room in UES Penthouse w/ Private Terrace

Welcome to our UES penthouse apartment with four bedrooms, a massive balcony, working fireplace, and... in-unit washer & dryer!

I am looking for to rent one of our large bedrooms with shared bathroom for a September 1st move in date. The new roomie will need to commit to a full year in the flat as we are not looking for short term stays.

The space will be shared with three roommates from the USA, Australia, and England in their mid-30s, all of whom are respectful, open-minded, and outgoing.

The apartment is on two floors with tons of natural light and space. The living room is furnished (as seen in the pictures) and includes french doors that open up to the balcony, which we have started to populate with lots of plants. The kitchen also shares the same floor as the living room and comes equipped. with all you need to take yourself on a culinary journey!

The location is top-notch! About a 3-min walk to the Q train (86 and 3rd) or 8 min-walk to the 4/5/6 station (Lexington and 3rd) , it is easy to get anywhere in the city. There are a ton of cafe's, bars, and restaurants in the area. To get to the Met, Guggenheim, and Central Park, it takes about 10 minutes walk.
