South facing balcony, perfect to enjoy a sundowner after work. Huge lounge area with large screen TV, comfortable sofas and fully equipped dining room.
The building has fantastic staff, huge modern laundry room and roof deck with swimming pool - we love living in this great space!
Brilliant transport as placed on 84th & 1st just 2 minutes walk from Q Train at 83rd/2nd and five minutes to 4/5/6 at 86th & Lex. Great buses downtown and cross town.
Wonderful bars, restaurants and good shops all in this neighbourhood.
Karina the cat lives here but will only enter your room if you invite her in.
Current room mate is leaving to return to France so would be great to welcome someone new who can enjoy shared space, sometimes enjoy a meal together, drinks on the balcony or a movie night but also respect one another’s privacy.
