We have a charming very large 1 bedroom/ private living room. We come in for work once a month ( if that) for a couple of days. and get the mail every two weeks or so. You will really have the whole apartment to yourself. We do not use the kitchen or living room. We have out own private room at the far end of the apartment. Your private bedroom and living room is in one space. You have 3 very large closest, laundry, elevator building. The space is partially furnished with basic kitchen supplies & dishes. There is a loft bed that has a basic ikea mattress ( people have used for guest or storage) a queen bed fits under the loft bed. There is a couch in living space that can sleep guests. It is very quiet space facing back yards. There is the normal NYC noise during rush hour times. We have living in the apartment for 49 years ( my husband was born there)
