I’m looking for a female roommate to take over my current roommate’s lease starting 6/1/21.
This would be a sublease for all of June 2021 with the option to officially renew for a year with me starting July 1, 2021.
The apartment building is located on the east side of the UES in a quaint and family friendly neighborhood with all the necessary amenities nearby, as well as the East River a couple blocks away.
I am a 28 year old working professional looking to co-habitate with a like-minded roommate.
My current roommate has provided majority of the furnishings for the apartment, therefore I will be in the process of purchasing new furniture and other things to make it more lively :)
The room is the smaller room in the apartment but is still decently sized.
