Two Rooms Available in a 3bd Flex! $1403 & $1260

Ad ref# 102092459

TWO rooms available in a luxury Upper East Side building. Move in is 04/24-05/1 but can be flexible. This place is a rare deal! The Q is steps outside the door and the building is seriously amazing- very safe, with multiple doormen and full security, package room, fitness club, reliable and quick maintenance, elevators, and huge laundry rooms. There is a mask requirement within the building public areas for residents safety. Apartment is a converted three bedroom that has full appliances in the kitchen including a dishwasher, 1.5 bathrooms (never ending hot water in the shower), and built in air conditioning/heat.

The first room is $1403/month and is BIG with a full wall of closets and a full wall of mirrors. The current tenant has a full sized bed as well as a desk, couch area, and a 50’ TV. The room can come furnished with a bed, bed frame, & dresser if you are interested! From the current tenant: “I have lived here for 5 years and absolutely loved everyday of it! I am only leaving as my boyfriend and I decided to move in together. If not, I certainly wouldn’t leave as it is not only an amazing deal, but every person that works at the building has become a part of my family. Also, my roommates are the best girls you could ever ask for! My favorite part of my room (aside from the amazingly large closets) are the massive windows. I became a plant enthusiasts in the past year and they have DOUBLED in size!”

The second room is $1260/month and is smaller but still a decent size and super cozy. Also has a full wall of mirrors. Current tenant has a full sized bed as well as full use of the big closet in the hallway.

Both rooms are southern facing and get light all day long!

It is truly an unheard of deal for NY and our rent is considerably under market value. The apartment is very homey and comfortable and the neighborhood is both super convenient and enjoyable.

The roommate who is staying is a young woman in her mid twenties working in fashion remotely. Super quiet, easy going, clean and considerate but also sociable and loves a good roomie wine night now & then too :)

I personally have been in this apartment for about 8 years in the smallest room so clearly I love it. I am just moving into my own place. Hopefully you will love it here too!

Please reach out ASAP to set up a time to come by if you're interested. I'd love to hear a bit about yourself as well. If you could share a social media profile that would be ideal! Please include your email address as well. Thank you!
