There is a mask requirement within the building public areas for residents safety. The second room is $1260/month and is smaller but still a decent size and super cozy. Also has a full wall of mirrors. Current tenant has a full sized bed as well as full use of the big closet in the hallway.

It is truly an unheard of deal for NY and our rent is considerably under market value. The apartment is very homey and comfortable and the neighborhood is both super convenient and enjoyable.

The roommate who is staying is a young woman in her mid twenties working in fashion remotely. Super quiet, easy going, clean and considerate but also sociable and loves a good roomie wine night now & then too :)

I personally have been in this apartment for about 8 years in the smallest room so clearly I love it. I am just moving into my own place. Hopefully you will love it here too!
