Looking for someone to take over the last three months of my lease (starting as early as December 20th through March 31, 2021) on the UES with the option to re-sign for a full year with the landlord starting 4/1/21. Apartment can fit a full size bed, dresser, tv stand, vanity table (optional), full size kitchen table in the kitchen nook and a large closet with high ceilings for storage. Apartment is a pre-war building on the second floor (no elevator). There is a great wash -and- fold/ dry cleaner a block and half a way.

The studio is cozy and quiet it’s in a great location on 3rd ave right above a 24 hour CVS and across the street from a 24 hour bodega. Whole Foods is only 4 blocks away on 3rd Ave. The 4/5/6 is only 6 blocks away and the Q is about a 5 minute walk. The landlord and management company are great and super nice/attentive. Building well maintained. Note, apartment will be unfurnished but I am open to selling the loveseat couch and most of the bedroom furniture if interested, please inquire.
