True 3BR in UES by Central Park & 4/5/6/Q train!

Hi all!

I have a large studio sized (180 SQ) bedroom available August 1-31 move-in with some flexibility on the move-in dates in a true 3 BR apartment in the UES. The apartment is on the 5th floor in a pet-friendly, elevator building with a day time doorman, live-in super, dishwasher, bike and AC storage and laundry in the basement, has Verizon Fios, and is on a quiet street in the east 80s. It's a 10 min walk to Central Park and the steps of The Metropolitan Museum of Art. We?re one block south of the Q train entrance on 83rd/2nd and 4 blocks from the 4,5,6 at 86/Lex. Whole Foods, Fairway, Gristedes and Morton Williams are all walking distance, and Trader Joe's is an easy bus ride away.

I'm looking for roommates who communicate well and are respectful of our shared living space. I'm friendly, considerate, quiet, and very clean, and hoping to find people looking for similar. Pre-covid I spent most of my time outside of the apartment out and about in NYC and traveling and hiking a few months a year.

The apartment is really BIG and sunny. All of the bedrooms have ample space, and the set up allows us to have as much privacy or socialization as we want. Aside from the bedrooms, the rest of the apartment is pretty much furnished, but there is certainly room for your belongings in our storage nook and room on the wall to hang things etc. to make the space feel like your home as much as it has felt like mine for the last two years.

The bedroom is approx 180SQ. It?s literally the size of a small studio! My roommate had a dresser with a queen bed, a couch, nightstands and lots of room to spare! There?s also a closet in the hallway.
