Large Upper East Side Room For Rent

Hi! I recently finished residency and just found out I'm being relocated for work, so I am looking for someone to fill my room in a 3 bedroom apartment located on the second floor of a walk-up. The room is quiet, has a spacious closet with an additional storage area above the closet, and plenty of wall space available for shelves, frames etc. The apartment is in a convenient, safe and desired location with a Whole Foods, Fairway, a variety of restaurants, and lots of shops just around the corner. The building is family-friendly. Most importantly it is only a 4 minute walk to the Q on 86th st. and an 8 minute walk to the 4/5/6 on 86th. There is also easy access to the major bus routes.

Heat and water is included, only thing that is a little extra is electric and internet.

Ideally, my roommates are looking for someone who is respectful of other people as well as the shared spaces, and is a generally tidy individual. Friends are welcome to visit! Both current roommates are female and either work or take classes for most of the day.
