Upper East Side Room

Hello,

Looking to fill a room on the ground floor of an upper east side apartment on E93rd and 2nd ave. The apartment is a great location next to the Q, a couple of blocks from the 6, and up the street from some pretty cool restaurants, bars, and walking distance to Central Park and Randall's Island. One of our roommates of the 3 bedroom apartment is leaving this November. You would be living with two guys, but one of the occupants leaving right now is a girl, so all genders or lack thereof are welcome. We smoke in the apt, but not cigarettes, which can be a no for some people. The room available is in the downstairs portion of the apartment, across from another room. It has its own half bath. The living room, Kitchen, full bathroom, and 3rd bedroom are on the main floor that you walk in on. There is also a backyard off of Carson's room that you will have access to. Rent is $1,110 a month plus utilities. We don't have Cable but you'll have to pay a 3rd of the WiFi. We have a Smart TV in the main room that we use to stream stuff in lieu of cable, but we pay for all of those personally, so you wouldn't have to worry about that. We're very welcoming guys and enjoy hanging out and being social with our roommates.

A little about Sam:

My name is Sam Donovan - 27. I put my Facebook below so you can check me out and make sure I'm real. Please excuse the 9th grade URL haha. I work 9-6 M-F at a media buying agency. I like to watch movies, read, and try to catch a show or go to a bar on the weekends. I'm a pretty easy to get along with laid back roommate. I don't mind guests and like to have people over on the weekends from time to time myself. We usually do some fun things like an Oscars party, and a memorial day BBQ. I can sleep through anything so if you get in late or have a late night here it's always cool with me. My room can get messy but I keep common spaces clean as best I can. I just try to be an all around fun and respectful roommate. Looking forward to talking further if you're interested.

A little about Carson:

My name is Carson Conover. 27 years old as well. I'm newer to the apartment and have only been in the city for a few months. I grew up in Gettysburg and graduated from Penn state. I'm currently working as a server so I keep some late hours and am here during the day sometimes. I'm a pretty chill guy and easy to get along with.
