Spacious private bath bedroom in UES

We're two guys, Columbia Uni alumni, who have been working in NY for more than 2 years now. Our current roommate is moving out because of a different preference in location. So we?re looking for someone to renew the lease with us and take over his room which is the biggest bedroom in our 2 bed flex apartment. The room has it's own private bathroom and a ton of closet space. The building is called Normandie Court and it has a lot of facilities including gym, swimming pool, laundry in the basement, etc. It is a very secure elevator building with 24/7 doormen and great response time to repair requests. The access to the gym, swimming pool, lounge and roof deck comes with an additional charge of around $720 annually which is optional. It?s a 13 month lease and the actual start date is Aug 14th. We can probably negotiate an earlier move-in date on discussion. Gas, electricity and internet will be charged separately and we will split the fees among the three (usually about $50 per person).

A little bit more about us, we're both amiable, open-minded and easy-going. We mostly keep to ourselves as we work during the week but we are always up to hang out and catch a drink or do anything else that the city has to offer.

We?re looking for a roommate who is friendly, clean, honest, easy-going, responsible and respectful. We need to start the renewal process asap so if you?re interested please get in touch!
