Flex Bedroom on UES - July 1 Move In

We are two women looking for a third to fill the flex bedroom of our apartment. The building is full service with a laundry room and mail room. The building is steps away from the Q and two blocks from the 6. We're looking for someone in their late 20s - mid-30s.

You:
- Will share a bathroom with one of the roommates.
- Have a full time job that either requires you to work nights or you're a consultant who travels for work a lot (this helps with the shared bathroom situation).
- Are responsible and hold a steady job.
- Are courteous and do not bring home the party.
- Do not frequently bring people over to stay the night.
- Are NOT a racist or suffer from some form of bigotry.
- Don't do drugs.
- Did I mention we like a quiet home?
- Will be responsible for covering a $500 fee for new tenants (screening check etc. for registering new tenants).
- Are looking to sign a 14 month lease.
- Are respectful to those who work in our building.
- Do not intend to be a bathroom hog (we're looking at you, folks who take 30 minute showers and think that a shared bathroom is the appropriate place to blow-dry your hair).

Us:
- Just your average working gals who want a peaceful home with no drama, passive aggressiveness or filth.
- We both have full time jobs and respect each other's space; we are looking for a roommate we can trust yet not have to be best friends with.
- We are friendly with one another and on occasion like to hit up sporting events! #GoSports
