Hey everyone! I'm looking for a clean, quiet roommate to take over a HUGE bedroom in Yorkville, Upper East Side in a flex 3 bedroom. (This is not the flex room)

The subletted room is available April 15th- May 2021 (rental dates have been extended).

Rent is $1275/month. Utilities will be around $45/each (split by 3).

Located at 93rd and 2nd. 4 floor walk up.

The room comes partly furnished. Here's what's in the room:

-32" TV
-Table/desk
-Shelves
-Sheets, pillows, duvet, duvet insert (if needed)

You will be sharing with one male, 28, Dancer, and one female, 28, a makeup artist. We're very friendly, quiet, and easy going and typically go to bed early-ish.

The neighborhood is fantastic and very safe:

-1 block to Q train
-6 train on 96th (4, 5, 6 on 86th)
-1 block to Synergy Fitness
-6 blocks to Whole Foods
-7 blocks to Fairway
-Near Equinox and NYSC

-Walking distance to Central Park

To move in, you just need first month and a $1275/deposit.
