Subletting large furnished private room on the UES

Hi there! I'm looking to sublet my room in a true 2 bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side. You will be moving in with my awesome roommate, who is a 29 year old female. The apartment is a 4th floor walk up and fully furnished. The bedroom can come fully or partially furnished, or totally cleared, up to you! The bedroom has plenty of natural sunlight, two large closets and a ton of overhead storage. It is around the block from the new Q train and a 7 minute walk to the 4-5-6 line.

Rent is $1900 a month for the fully furnished room (can discuss price for partial/unfurnished)- gas and water are included in the rent, and additional utilities (electric/cable & internet) are about $100 a month, give or take. Would need first month's rent and refundable security deposit ($1600) at move in.

Ideal move in date is June 1st, but can work with mid May or mid June as well. Must stay minimum of three months (through August) or for the remainder of the lease. The lease is up November 1st, but you will have the option to renew if you and your new roommate decide to.

You: female, age 25-35, full time job, non-smoker, clean, normal human.

Your new roommate: 29 year old female- very laid back and clean. On weekdays, is usually out to dinner with friends, taking a gym class, or can be found with a glass of wine and a good show on the couch. During the weekend she is usually out of town or out with friends.
