The bedroom is bright with double windows and it is furnished with a platform Queen bed and new mattress.

The living room looks out into a green courtyard and gets allot of morning and afternoon light. The kitchen is open to the living room so the space has a good flow. There is one bathroom. The apartment is a 4th floor walkup.

The neighborhood is very safe and convenient. Closest Subway is one block away (the Q which runs express downtown so even though you're in the UES its fast to get anywhere in Manhattan).
There's a laundry service right outside the front door and several grocery options within just a few blocks, the closest a block away.
There are lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
Central Park is a few avenues away in one direction and Carl Schwarz water front park runs along the east river a few avenues away in the other direction.
Museum mile is also close by and theres enough shopping that you never have to leave the neighborhood unless you want to.
Subways: In addition to the Q (2nd Ave subway) which is only a block away, the 4,5 express & the 6 trains are also close-by on 86 and 96.

The deposit is fully refundable, damages to furniture, decor and the apartment would be deducted.
