Very safe and quiet neighborhood with a variety of grocery stores and restaurants. Very close to Gracie Mansion and 5 minute bus ride to Central Park. (All things in the pictures of the bedroom are leaving with the actual individual who is currently renting the room). I am a 31 yrs old male. I've lived in this apartment for the past 5 years and I absolutely love it! I am a teacher here in NYC.
