A professional female is looking for onother female to rent out her very large main bedroom (11x15) in a spacious, very clean apartment in a prime location in the lower East 90's ideally anywhere up to 3 months( would consider longer if it's the right fit.) Private and spacious fully furnished and professionally decorated bedroom with an extremely comfortable queen-sized bed, beautiful top of the line sheets and linens, two night tables with lamps, end-of-bed bench, a chest of drawers, reading chair with standing lamp, Stark needlepoint rug, closet with full length mirror, and a very bright view facing south overlooking tree tops. Professionally decorated with antiques throughout and very clean, as well as clutter free, my apartment has high beamed ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors, large living room with a built-in bookcase and flat screen wall-mounted tv, and a view onto a lovely tree-lined side street, a bright and cheery windowed dining room which is perfect for meals, working on your computer or just reading the newspaper, good sized kitchen fully stocked for cooking with top of the line all-clad cookware and everyday Tiffany basket weave bone china for meals. One shared bath with beautiful European towels, cleaned daily, with window, off the bedroom wing/hallway which is separated nicely from the public rooms. The apartment is two avenues away from Central Park and the beautiful Jackie Onassis reservoir, and three blocks from the subway station. I am looking for someone who has a busy life outside the apartment and is honest, quiet, neat, easy going, respectful and responsible of high end furnishings.
