Hey,

We're two twenty-somethings living in the Lower East Side in a furnished apartment. We originally had a third roommate who is on the lease but is now moving to California... naturally we need to sublet the spare room.

The room for rent is a spacious master bedroom (160 square feet), with a huge walk-in closet and furnished private bathroom. It is by far the largest of the three bedrooms. The room overlooks FDR, the Manhattan Bridge & East River and is absolutely gorgeous. It's about a quarter mile from the East Broadway F stop.

We have already furnished the apartment besides the master bedroom. You will have a whole private wing essentially, as the two of us already living there have our own bathroom.
