Furnished 2 bedr apt in Tribeca overlooking the Hudson
with large terrace available from 2/18/23 to 4/18/23(some flexibility) Spacious, and sunny, nicely furnished. Apt is on 15th floor in doorman, elevator building. Laundry room in building.
We have two bedrooms, one is used as a kind of office, but has a sleep sofa, as well as computer, printer, TV, large desk, etc. The other bedroom has a queen size bed, lots of closet space, new flat screen TV, cable. Every room is sunny, and has views of the Hudson. The terrace is large with a table, and chairs.
The bathroom has a pedestal sink, and tub/shower.
The neighborhood has many upscale restaurants, a wonderful park, and is a block from Pier 26. There are two subway lines within five blocks.
You would be paying the landlord directly who is charging market rent for a sublease.
Good Internet, Wi/Fi. There is a parking garage for an additional fee.
