Hi everyone!

I am subleasing my flex room in a three bedroom apartment in TriBeCa. The lease ends in June 30th, 2020 so you have the option of signing the lease if you want.

The room:
Fits a queen or twin size bed, a dresser, bookshelf, and has its own AC. The room also has an amazing view of the World Trade Center and tons of natural light. The room is a flex room, but noise and privacy are not an issue.

The Apartment:
- Full size kitchen
- Full size fridge
- Dish washer
- Two lovely roommates
- Hardwood floors

The Building:
- Has the best doormen in NYC
- Laundry on the 2nd floor
- Four elevators
-Trash room in every floor
-Notification when a package has arrived
-Close to: Chase, TD Bank, Bank of America, Target, WTC, Bloomfield Place, Bed Bath and Beyond, Whole Foods, and more.
-5 minutes walk to 1,2,3 on Chambers St.
-7 minutes walk to A, C on Chambers St.
-Plenty of restaurants, bars, gyms (Blink, Crunch, Planet Fitness, etc) within 10-15 mins walk.

Room can come in with furniture. It has a bed base, mattress, dresser, bookshelf, rug, a lamp, and some plants.

Would need proof of employment and meet 40x rent minimum. Need to pay first month rent and a security deposit equal to a month of rent. $1,400 + $1,400: $2,800 to move in. Subletter would be from April to June 30th, and then you have the option to sign the lease. Move-in date is anytime.
