Hi, I am renting 1 furnished flex-bedroom(comes with a real closet) has excellent natural lighting located in a luxury building in TriBeCa/FiDi available starting January 21st 2020 (can also start on February 1st) either for short or for long term stay. We would be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and a dining/living room. The monthly rent for the room is $1550.
The building is a classic Beaux Arts landmarked high rise, with concierge/doorman, elevator, laundry, lounge, gym/fitness center, great views from inside the apartment (and from your room), wood floors, with dishwasher and granite countertops in the kitchen, the apartment is spacious with excellent natural lighting.
The apartment is in an excellent location. Both the World Trade Terminal Station and the Fulton Station are within a block away, Whole Foods, Eataly, Target, Key Food Supermarket, Amish Market, CVS, Duane Reade, City Hall Park, South Street Seaport, Brooklyn Bridge, coffee shops, restaurants/bars, banks, shopping, are all within less than a 5-minute walk, get anywhere in the city FAST with all trains (buses too) just down the street from this great apartment.
About the current roommates: busy 28yr and 24yr old female professionals, and a petite and quiet and cute 6 pound fluffy dog. We are CLEAN, respectful, sociable and friendly. If you have more questions just ask :)
What I am looking for in a roommate: someone CLEAN, employed, busy, responsible, respectful, someone who is not big into cooking, non-smoker, no drugs, someone who doesn't bring the party home and pays bills on time, keeps all noises to themselves, someone who is chill and keeps the apartment picked up, and must like dogs. Pretty much someone who is easy to live with and believes that communication is key to a happy household. No drama please.
