Master Bedroom available in tribeca

Hello! Just a quick note, this is a normal full-time living situation, so please ignore the M-F thing!*

My roommate Lauren and I are going on our fourth year in this apartment; we are so in love with it! The location is great for our life style; Lauren enjoys running on the beautiful Pier which is just a block away, and I walk my pup Mindy there all the time. It's a quiet lovely neighborhood with lots of young families, great food, and very close to the ACE and 123 trains. Definitely not a party hard vibe, but we like that about it. There's a trader joes a 15 min walk away, and whole foods and target about a 10 min walk away. And a 24 hour Duane Reade just around the corner.

As for amenities, we have a doorperson, who also accepts outgoing return packages (so convenient!) and outgoing dry cleaning to a good service that will deliver your dry cleaning once it's done. We have four elevators, a full size dishwasher, and a washer and dryer IN the apartment (this may be our favorite). We also have a cute balcony with a loveseat, table and chairs set up and a great view of downtown. Also just fyi, the bedroom available is the apartment's master bedroom (super spacious).

My puppy Mindy is one year old, and wonderful to come home to as she's sure to give anyone who walks through our front door kisses and cuddles. She is super sweet, friendly, and playful. She is also hypoallergenic (no shedding).

We would love for our new roommate to be respectful, considerate, communicative, responsible, and relatively easygoing. We like to keep a neat and tidy common space (living room especially, also kitchen and bathroom), but also aren't rigid about it. If all of this sounds good to you, we would love to hear from you!
