My roommates and I are looking for a 5th roommate to join us in our spacious five-bedroom loft,

Within 1800 SF, the unit divides into five medium-size bedrooms, two large living areas, open kitchen, bath, and rooftop. Our apartment is in the heart of Tribeca. Close to great bars, clubs, restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and more. With only a 2-5 min walk, to all NYC train lines. (456, 123- J, R, ACE and NJ Path).

Currently, we are two girls and two guys, all in our late 20's and early 30s, living busy lives, so the apartment never feels like 5.

We are looking for someone who has a full-time job. Who is clean, quiet, and considerate.

Unfortunately, we are not interested in couples applying, or if you own a pet.

There is no minimum or maximum length of stay. However, our preference is someone interested in signing a 1-year sublease contract. The available room is available furnished or unfurnished.

SUBLET DETAILS:

MONTHLY RATE: $1367.00 + Utilities (Split) . Approximately $90-120 per person

** There is an Annual 3% rent increase every September.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $2600

UTILITIES (Internet, Gas, Electricity, Household Supplies split five-way) - Between $75-$125 each, per month.
