The other 2 males in their late-20s / early-30s working in finance and looking for another non-smoking male. You would be subleasing a private room that measures 11 feet by 10 feet that has great natural lighting. The unit has 3 Beds / 2 Baths and you would share the bathroom with one other guy. The apartment is located in the heart of TriBeCa at Reade and Hudson Street. The sublease is available starting May 18th (can be flexible with later start date) at $1,800 per month.
