Zen Luxe Retreat for Healthy Person
Healthy minded individual who has a sense of humor, solid work ethic, is neat and clean and knows how to share space. I have family value mindset. Loyal, honest and chill.
Fully furnished apartment in jewel tones, created to evoke comfort, zen and relaxation, away from the bustle of this fine city. Large windows in each room with plenty of light during the day and almost no sound from the city. There is a full sized kitchen with many high end appliances, knives, pots and pans as well as full fridge, dishwasher and 6 person dining room. We have AC in every room for the summer and plenty of heat in the winter. Netflix, Cable and Internet comes with the lease. Big bathtub for soaking.
39 floors high rise. We are on the third floor which is adjacent to a courtyard with easy access. The Freedom Tower clearly in view as is the Hudson River. Doorman on call 24/7 as well as building maintenance. Large, inexpensive laundry room downstairs with brand new machines. There is a parking garage attached to the building. Workout room in building for extra fee.
Wide, cobblestones streets are just one reason this area has boomed in the last 15 years. We are one block from the Hudson River where bikers, joggers, and dog lovers utilize the pathways. There is minigolf, sailing clubs, boats that serve drinks, skate parks and a brand new gorgeous mall all within 10 minute walk. Movie theaters, spin studios and quaint shops line the streets nearby. We are blocks from the A/C/E as well as 1/2/3 trains. There are many bankers and business people as well as college students lining the streets during the day. At night and on weekends, it is more families. Very few tourists in this neighborhood and the drinking and shenanigans is minimal. We border Soho, Chinatown, Wall Street and West Village. It is a very pleasant place to live.
I am a media producer with several projects at one time so I am often traveling. I work with all the major networks and digital outlets now, as well. I believe in love, hope, joy and expansion as daily practices. My dog’s name is Mr. Paulie Meatballs and he is a working actor/model. We have successfully rented this room out 4 times in the last 3 years. Our last roomie was here for a year and a half. Let us know if you’d like to talk to her. She only left to move back to Seattle.
