(Not seen on pictures because they are not up to date, but you can visit the apartment to check it out). It can fit an additional dresser or wardrobe if you want, but
there's an allocated large closet space outside the room for you. Utilities and wifi will be split evenly and usually ranges from $30-$40/ month. Short walk to several groceries, amazing restaurants and coffee shops, Columbus circle, times square, and accessible to multiple subway lines (A, B, C, D,1, R, N, Q, W). Laundromat is outside the building but is only a few feet away from it. Hell's Kitchen is a very safe and fun
neighborhood. The apartment is newly renovated and you will be sharing it with 2 women in their early 20s and a small dog who is very well trained and friendly. Looking for mature & responsible students or young professionals. Very ideal and
such a steal for the location. Sublet is from
February 1st - July 2022. We can entertain room visits starting on January 21st.
We only need a few things from you:
