Two Spacious Hell's Kitchen Rooms

Room One

*Two* king-sized rooms available in a residential building in Hell's Kitchen. One of my roommates is moving out to live with his girlfriend, the other to get a studio and I'd rather not leave the place as it's a great deal. Both rooms are available for the same price- one is the master bedroom located on the first floor (no ridiculous walk-ups here) with a shared bathroom, while the other room is about the same size (slightly bigger) and located at the basement level + has a private bathroom. In-unit laundry is also in the second room, so someone who doesn't mind sharing would be an ideal fit. The building also has an elevator with rooftop access (perfect for summer), while the apartment itself has a backyard attached to my room that I'm open to sharing as well. All the modern amenities (dishwasher, oven/microwave, even a filtered water system) included. No doorman, but the apartment has a camera buzz-in security system to let guests into the building which is arguably even more safe.

The lease starts July 1 for 12 months, with an option to renew. Utilities/wifi not included- usually comes out to between $50-100 a month per person. The first room shown in the pictures is the master bedroom, the other is the basement room with laundry/private bathroom. The pictures in-between show kitchen, living room, bathroom, and backyard.

The building is between 9th/10th and 49th St, so it is close to all of the major subway lines (1,2,3, A, C, E, N, R, Q, W, B, D, F, M). Also walking distance from either Penn Station or Grand Central, as well as Central Park, The High Line, Bryant Park, and more. Everything needed is close by- cleaners, grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops, great bars, etc.

About me: I'm a working professional at WebMD. I'm originally from Long Island, and go back about twice a month on the weekends so I'm not home during that time and I generally stay pretty busy during the week as well. I go out on occasion but I'm also able to appreciate kicking back at home. Big fan of sports and the outdoors. Overall an easygoing type of person and looking for roommates who are similar.

Working professionals in their 20's preferred- the ideal roommates would be someone who is laid-back, clean (at least in common areas), and doesn't bring the party home. Overnight guests are fine, but not looking for a 4th roommate.
