Looking for 2nd Roommate 2 BD/1 Bath E 58th St/1st

Hi everyone,

I live in a 2 Bedroom 1 Bath in Midtown East/near the UES in the high 50's by 1st Avenue in Manhattan (Sutton Place) and my current roommate will be moving out at the end of this July when our current lease expires.

I am looking to replace him with someone who will commit/sign a full year lease starting the beginning of this August and would run till the end of July 2026.

Rent is $2150/person ($4300 total). Picture of the large common area attached and a video of the room is available upon request. Available bedroom is large and has room for a Queen Sized bed, a desk, another big piece of furniture & has two closets. Common area/Living room is a very nice size.

Apartment building has an elevator, washer/drier in basement & virtual doorman system. Neighborhood is quiet and clean & easy to get around with multiple different sets of subway lines and buses nearby. 5 min walk to 59th street station with the 4/5/6 and N/W/R line and 7 mins to the A/C/E on Lex/53rd. Also super easy access to the M15 bus that goes express up and down 1st, 2nd and 3rd ave. 15 min walk to Central Park.

Little about me, I am 31, work in media/marketing and am in office 3 days a week. I am a pretty active/busy person & would looking for someone who is low maintenance, chill and would be a good fit for the spot.
