Hi!! My roommate is working in SF March-June 30, so we are subletting a room until the lease ends (June 30). The apt is two beds, across the apt from each other, one bath. I have a small dog, who is very sweet and shy. The room is super big for the price, and one of my favorite parts is the two doors it has. There is one big window/AC and it gets lots of natural light. It is pretty quiet as this room is in the back of the apt. The room will have a desk, full bed, full length mirror, and bookcase. The bathroom is also very big for NYC standards. Let me know if you are interested and I can send you a video, more information of the apt. It is on 59th/1st ave and the Subway is 60/3rd ave (4,5,6, N, R, W). There is no laundry in building but I drop mine off around the corner and it is pretty affordable (about $15/week). My boyfriend will be moving in, during the summer when his lease ends (around April 1) but works full time so will not be home too much. Hoping for someone to take the room mid-March!
