Hi, I’m Roscoe. I’m moving away for a job in upstate New York and am looking for someone to sublet my room in a beautiful 3 bed, 1 bath StuyTown apartment on 16th Street and 1st Avenue, just above the East Village.

The apartment is in an unbeatable location, just a 3-minute walk from the 1st Ave L train station, Trader Joe’s, Target, CVS, Starbucks, Chipotle, Chase, Citi, and more. Union Square (L/N/Q/R/W/4/5/6) is also within walking distance.

You’ll be living with two great guys:

Alex (27M) – works in finance
Karan (27M) – works in tech

They are both clean, friendly, respectful, and easygoing roommates who keep the apartment in great shape and are looking for someone with a similar mindset.
