I'm looking for a roommate and I have a room and half of an apartment available in amazing Stuy Town starting at the end of the month. Rent is $1648 a month, we are not charged utilities. The only extra fee is an air conditioner fee which I will cover. There is ample access to public transportation: L-train, 14th street crosstown busses, and NYC ferry just a few steps away from the apartment (best way to get around NYC in my opinion).
