I am the current tenant of the room that is going to be available. I am moving out because of unforeseen circumstances.
The room is the smallest in the apartment but still rather large for the city. I currently have a queen size bed, night stand, double dresser, and a standing mirror in the room with plenty of space to move around. The room will be available for the remainder of the lease with the option of renewing mid January.
You will be living with two male roommates. One identifies as straight and the other gay. They are both pretty responsible and cleans up after themselves in all common areas of the apartment. They keep to themselves most of the time but will occasionally have a beer together.
The bookshelf, bin with all the dog toys, lamp, and tv in the living room will be removed as well as everything in the room/closet.
P. s. the pup is not included with the apartment. He will be leaving with me.
