Large StuyTown Room

Hey there!
My roommate and I are looking to fill the 3rd room in our wonderful apartment! The current lease ends November 22nd, but there is an option to renew for a year.

Apartment is on 16th St and 1st Avenue, Platinum finishes in kitchen and bathroom which is the most modern and up-to-date finishes they have! Each room has its own large closet plus a shared coat closet and linen closet. It?s on the 8th floor so it gets great light and is pretty quiet. Everything is fully furnished except the bedroom (willing to leave the full bed frame). We have all the kitchen supplies you could need but can make room for whatever you have too!
StuyTown covers water and electricity. We only pay for ac unit and internet, which comes to about $40-50 per month (great deal!) The bedroom available is the middle sized room (approximately 9x12), and the rent would be $1,715 each month. The bedroom easily fits a queen sized bed, multiple pieces of furniture (desk, dresser, night stand, small sofa even)!

We are looking for a kind, respectful and tidy roommate who is cool with 2 small dogs. Both are very friendly and loving! We are all friendly with each other and like to have wine and tv nights! We would love for our new roommate to join us!
