Hi!
I'm looking for roommates to share my apartment. It's a two-bedroom apartment and you would be staying at one of the two bedrooms (Option: Mid-size or Large). Kitchen and bathroom are shared with me. Subway lines/bus stops are within 5 minutes walking distance. Since our unit is located at the river side of the Stuytown so there is no outside noise at all.
The apartment has a laundry room at terrace level and an two-elevator. The town has 24-hour security system and takes care of packages and visitors. Rooms are fully furnished and you can use all kitchen supplies (there's a lot!).
The cost is negotiable if the contract period is longer (6 months to 1 yr)
I am a Korean and can speak professional fluent in both Korean and English. I'm currently working from home due to COVID-19 orders but I usually don't spend much time at home but still keep the place nice and clean :)
