Hi! I?m looking for a roommate to take a bedroom in my new StuyTown apartment starting August 1. Rent will be ~$1,700 including utilities, located on First Avenue loop at 16th Street and 1st Avenue, 2 mins walk to the L Train, 8 mins to Union Square, and 15 mins to NYU.
I?ve signed a lease for August 1 so pictures are all stock images from StuyTown. The room will be unfurnished and is 10 x 12. No fee.
StuyTown is a great community with plenty of amenities including parks, recreation facilities, and convenient location. There is a Trader Joe?s 2 mins away, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and easy access to public transit.
