I'm looking for a roommate and I have a room and half of an apartment up for sale in the amazing Stuy Town. Move in would be ASAP and lease signing would be in September (Stuy Town has provided a COVID extension for their tenants due to the uncertainty.) Rent is $1700 a month, we are not charged utilities. The only extra fee is an air conditioner fee which I will cover. There is ample access to public transportation: L-train, 14th street crosstown busses, and NYC ferry just a few steps away from the apartment (best way to get around NYC in my opinion).
