(Un)furnished Room in 3-bedroom Stuytown Apt.

THE ROOM:

The room is available on 8/1 or sooner and can come furnished or unfurnished. $1845/month: There are two closets inside of the room and it is the largest of the three bedrooms (you can comfortably fit a king bed, set of drawers and a desk). Your window overlooks the inside of Stuytown - meaning there is no noise from the street. Laundry located in the building. All utilities are included except for internet, which is about $20/month each. The room is also equipped with an AC unit.

If you wish to become an occupant (non lease-holder) and move in until July 2021 (with the possibility of extending further), we would ask for a deposit plus first month?s rent upfront => $1845 x2.

THE APARTMENT:

The dining area of the apartment is furnished, the kitchen is complete with a modern finish and stainless steel appliances.

The building is technically on Avenue C but inside of the Stuytown arena on the "Avenue C Loop", so you would walk in through 14th & Avenue B or A. Nearest subway is the L on 1st Avenue, a 5-7 minute walk. You're a 12 minute walk from Union Square. Trader Joe?s, Target, CVS, and Walgreens are about a 5 minute walk, as well. Stuytown also offers lots of accessible outdoor space so that you can comfortably relax outside while easily maintaining social distancing.

I am a working professional in the media/PR industry, I've lived in the apartment for five years already and really love the Stuytown community.

YOU:

I am looking for a non-smoking, working professional or grad student. Ideally you'll be clean, tidy up after yourself and considerate of other people's privacy, and will work normal hours. Someone financially reliable and respectful, to pay rent on time every month etc. and can prove you're in a financially stable situation upfront (proof of employment, screenshot of bank account, reference from previous landlord, or provide a guarantor etc.).
