Cute Stuytown Apartment

Cute 1 room flex not far from the L! The rooms are large and can fit any size bed. The bedroom has a closet and there is a large coat closet in the hall outside the bedroom for extra space. Because my roommate is moving to the south she is selling any of the furniture that is currently in the room. All furniture is less than 6 months old. Stuytown is a great place to live, and offers many things to do throughout the year. From summer movie nights and Saturday markets to iceskating in the part and bonfires during the winter.

Looking for someone for as early as December 1st and lease is until June 3rd. There is a full kitchen that is a great size to cook in and entertain. I have provided all the furniture and kitchen supplies. Cable and internet is already set up. Great AC in all apartments and heat during the winter. Apartment is renovated and maintenances is very easy. Open to painting the walls currently all walls are white. Both rooms have large windows with good natural light that comes through.
