Hi! My roomate and I are both 29?and looking for a third person to join us in our amazing new apartment in Stuytown. We are looking for someone super clean, respectful, and with good energy! Our apartment is brand new with platinum finishes. Massive apartment for NYC in a wonderful area that has a neighborhood feel. The rooms are all very large and all have big closets. Two large living rooms. We have a brand new washer drier in unit! Elevator building, 24 surveillance. Really safe neighborhood. There is a park, gym, and lots of greenery all right outside the apartment. Nothing like this in Manhattan exists at this price.

One of our roommates is moving out so we need to fill one spot! We are both in our late twenties and work in advertising. Great size room! This room has a large closet right outside the room. The room is big enough to add an armoire if need be!

This price includes utilities!! Amazing price for the space, platinum finishes, location, elevator and washer drier in unit! Only additional fee is for cable wifi (estimated about $25 a month each but open to ditching cable so it may be lower).
