My roommate, Amanda and I are looking for one friendly female roommate for the Master bedroom in our 3-bedroom Stuytown apartment. The apartment is located in a prime location on the 14th street!
Rent:
- The rent will be $1,950 for the HUGE master bedroom
- The move-in date is August 15th
- 1-year lease
- Utilities are included
About the apartment:
- Washer/dryer in the building
- Renovated granite kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, fridge and a lot of storage space.
- Hardwood floors
- Less than 2 blocks from 1st Avenue L train and Citi Bike stations
- Elevator in the building
- The available room will be unfurnished. It can fit a king size bed & has a walk in closet.
- The living space is furnished with a couch and coffee table
- No pets or smoking permitted
- Target, Trader Joe?s and Whole Foods only a couple of mins away walking
- Bus stop right in front of the apartment and L train three blocks away
