Room for rent as of 7/1 - $1750 utilities included

We are looking for a third roommate in a 3BR apartment in the Stuy Town area. The bedroom is 12' x 10' and currently fits a king size bed with a desk and some shelves so lots of room available! It also has a nice window + great lighting. It?s available as of July 1st.

Current occupants are two professional females in their mid 30s (one working in finance, the other in economics). Overall just want a chill living environment where we can come home, relax, maybe hang and have a drink and watch some tv/football :). Open to have male or female roommates.

I'm looking to fill the room by end of this month for a one year lease starting on July 1. The room is 12?x10.5?, really spacious, has a nice window + great lighting!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an elevator building in Stuyvesant Town on 1st avenue and 16th street. We are a two-minute walk from the L train, which provides direct access to Brooklyn and all major subway lines (A/C/E, 1/2/3, 4/5/6, N/Q/R, F/M & NJ Path Trains). Included in the building is a full service laundry room on the main floor.

Great central location, walking distance to Union Square and East Village. On our block we have Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, CitiBank, Chase Bank, Walgreens, Duane Reade, CVS, several pizza places, Chinese food, grocery stores, hardware stores -- basically anything you could need. There is also a CitiBike rack right outside the apartment entrance.
